The evening opens with Mozart’s Sonata No. 17 in a transcription by Pahud for flute and piano, followed by Schubert’s Introduction and Variation on ‘Trockne Blume’. After the intermission, the musicians will enchant the audience with Schumann’s Fantasy Pieces and Mendelssohn’s Sonata in F major, both transcribed for flute and piano by Emmanuel Pahud.
