Is Holder of ISIC student card eligible for students discounts for Budapest Gala Concert and Folklore show?

yes, all types of valid student cards are accepted for concert tickets with student discount (ISIC cards i.e. international student identification cards are the most well known but if your country issues a different type of student card with a photo ID it will also be accepted, as long as it comes from a valid school proving that your are a student there + a photo of you).

I’m afraid discounts in general are only from 1st Category tickets (10% off), not from 2nd Cat tickets. As is the case in Budapest Cards:
