I used pay pal to pay for 6 tickets on June 13. How do I get the tickets via download link to print the tickets at home?
Dear Winnie,
The confirmation email you received (as is) in your email account is your temporary online ticket voucher for your October concert event, which needs to be handed over at the Ticket Office in the concert hall & theatre (location confirmed on your ticket/ email).
You can hand the printed email over by presenting it on paper or show it on your mobile phone (no printing needed). In replacement of your ticket voucher (identical with the email) you will receive your actual paper tickets. Paper tickets are not sent by mail as many paper tickets got lost by traditional mail when posted earlier. Thank you for your understanding.
Would you kindly check your junk mail for the email confirming your payment and your seats? If you do not see it, please contact us asap, and we will re-send it to you or an alternative email address you provide.
Have a great time in Budapest and enjoy the Gala Concert.
We have two couples and want to book and pay for the tickets separately. How can we get our seats together?
Dear Row,
thank you for your inquiry. You can pay separately, and to make sure that you are seated next to each other, please add in the comment section of the booking form of the Budapest Gala Concert that you wish to be seated together with ‘First Name Surname’ of other guests. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
Is there an attire recommendation for the Gala?
Dear Barbara,
thank you for your inquiry.
The Dress Code on the Budapest Gala Concerts is casual / smart casual.
We have a group of 10 people visiting Hungary for the first time in May 2020. Do you know what days the concerts will be held? We will be in Budapest from May 18 through the 21st. Please advise if there will be a Gala Concert on any of those days, and when we would be able to book those tickets. Would a discount be available to our group? Thanks for your attention.
Dear Jane,
unfortunately, there are any concerts on those dates. Available dates around your visit: 16th, 23rd and 30th May 2020. Next year’s concerts are available to book on the website.
Please see the following link for alternative concert programmes in Budapest during your stay in May:
