  1. I used pay pal to pay for 6 tickets on June 13. How do I get the tickets via download link to print the tickets at home?

    • Dear Winnie,

The confirmation email you received (as is) is your temporary online folk show ticket voucher, which needs to be handed over at the Ticket Office in the concert hall & theatre. You can hand it over by presenting it on your mobile, OR you can print it out on paper. In replacement of your ticket voucher (present email) you will receive your actual paper tickets. Paper tickets are not sent by mail as many paper tickets got lost by traditional mail when posted earlier. Thank you for your understanding.

Have a great time in Budapest and enjoy the Gala Concert.

  2. We have two couples and want to book and pay for the tickets separately. How can we get our seats together?

    • Dear Row,
      thank you for your inquiry.
Please add in the comment section of the booking form that you wish to be seated together. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
