Valery Gergiev has been the Principal Conductor of the London Symphony Orchestra for almost a decade and is one of the world’s leading conductors with numerous awards and prizes.
On this evening’s program there will be works by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, Rimsky-Korsakov and Bartok too.
The soloist of the evening is young Russian pianist Daniel Karitonov.
